Assist the Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new hires
Maintain accurate employee records while ensuring HR policy compliance and data privacy
Organize employee engagement activities and address initial employee queries
Support HR projects, including training programs and performance management initiatives
Prepare HR policy drafts and monitor attendance, leave records, and other HR metrics for payroll accuracy
Assist in the implementation and administration of HR policies and procedures
