Job Description

Position : HR EXECUTIVEN- Experience in Chemical or Pharmaceutical industry only.

Location : Karkhadi , PADRA, Vadodara

Experience : 2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities :-

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement with statutory compliance. Coordinate employee onboarding and induction, maintain employee records and HR MIS. Prepare and maintain ISO documentation and support internal/external audits. Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory filings, and regulatory requirements. Manage employee exit formalities, including full & final settlement and documentation.
