End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
Handling joining formalities and employee documentation
Managing statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, labour compliance)
Maintaining employee records and HR MIS
Coordinating with clients for manpower requirements
Ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws
Requirements:
Experience in HR recruitment and compliance preferred
Knowledge of PF, ESIC, and labour laws
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
