Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update employee files, records, and HR databases.
Support onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
Assist in payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Coordinate employee documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmation letters.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Support HR audits and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance appraisal processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information at all times.
