HR Executive

Handle end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. Coordinate with department heads to identify hiring needs, manage the interview process, and ensure smooth induction of new employees. Maintain HR records, attendance, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance while supporting employee relations and grievance handling. Assist in implementing HR policies, organizing training sessions, and driving employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
