Roles & Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles within the organization.

Employee Onboarding:

Facilitate smooth onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed from day one.

HR Operations:

Maintain employee records, assist in payroll processing, and handle basic HR documentation.

Policy Implementation:

Help communicate and implement HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Creator Support:

Collaborate with the creator management team to address the unique needs of our creator partners.

Feedback & Improvement:

Gather employee and creator feedback to suggest improvements in HR processes and workplace culture.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of HR internship/experience are welcome. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Passion for the creator economy and interest in AI is a plus!

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
