To support the Human Resources function with a strong focus on
recruitment (60%)
, while also assisting in onboarding, compliance, payroll, and employee engagement to ensure smooth HR operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment (Primary - 60%)
Post job openings on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department managers.
Assist in conducting interviews and managing candidate communication.
Prepare weekly recruitment status reports.
Onboarding & HR Operations
Handle employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Support payroll preparation and ensure accuracy of data.
Address basic employee queries and escalate issues when required.
Compliance & Engagement
Track compliance submissions (PF, ESIC, PT, minimum wages, labor law adherence).
Coordinate training sessions and maintain attendance records.
Conduct employee engagement activities (small events, feedback sessions).
Prepare monthly HR reports (attrition, attendance, recruitment status).
Assist in employee satisfaction surveys and compile feedback.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to recruitment.
Knowledge of HR compliance (PF, ESIC, PT, labor laws).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools.
