We are looking for an HR Executive to handle recruitment, HR operations, and employee coordination.
Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews and coordinate hiring
Handle joining formalities, appointment letters, and employee documentation
Manage PF, ESIC, insurance enrollment, and statutory compliance
Maintain employee data in HR systems (InterAct, Saral, Portal)
Process attendance, payroll coordination, and incentive sheets
Prepare HR letters, emails, and official communications
Coordinate bank accounts, ID cards, travel, and hotel bookings
Handle employee grievances related to salary, attendance, PF, ESIC, and insurance
Support promotions, exits, and employee status updates
Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
Experience in HR operations preferred
Knowledge of labor laws and payroll processes
