Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance, night allowance, overtime, and additional incentives
Handle exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
Prepare and share HR
MIS reports
(hiring, attrition, attendance, payroll)
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries
Skills Required:
Knowledge of HR operations & generalist activities
Experience in HRMS, ERP, biometric & payroll coordination
Good communication and reporting skills
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA in HR with relevant experience
