Manage attendance, leave, and employee database in
Zoho People

Process monthly payroll through
Zoho Payroll

Prepare weekly/monthly
MIS reports
for HR and management.
Handle
Performance Evaluation Forms
and assist in appraisal process.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple HR activities efficiently.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year experience in HR operations & recruitment.
Good knowledge of
Zoho People & Zoho Payroll
.
Strong documentation and reporting skills.
Good communication, organized, and multi-tasking abilities.
