Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding new employees.
Maintain employee records and ensure HR databases are up-to-date.
Handle employee grievances and provide HR support to ensure a healthy work culture.
Support performance management processes and assist in implementing HR policies.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
Organise employee engagement activities, training sessions, and development programs.
Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory compliance.
Assist in exit formalities, documentation, and off-boarding processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
MBA/PGDM degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience
in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of HR processes and labour laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
