To support and execute core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management. The HR Executive will act as a key enabler in attracting talent, driving employee engagement, and supporting people development aligned with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Staffing:
Execute hiring plans for plant, sales, technical, and support roles. Coordinate job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
Onboarding & Induction:
Facilitate smooth joining, documentation, HRIS entry, and induction programs for new employees.
Training & Development:
Support creation and implementation of annual training calendars. Coordinate technical, soft skills, and safety training sessions.
Performance Management:
Assist in quarterly/annual appraisal processes, goal setting, review scheduling, and documentation.
Employee Engagement:
Organize team-building events, employee recognition, and grievance redressal support.
Payroll & Compliance Support:
Assist in attendance, leave tracking, payroll coordination, and statutory recordkeeping (PF, ESI, labour laws).
HRMS / ERP Entry:
Ensure employee records are up-to-date in the HR system and support digitization of HR operations.
Policy Adherence:
Ensure HR policies are effectively communicated and adhered to across departments.
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or Social Sciences
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources (Preferred)
Experience:
2-5 years in an HR generalist or executive role, preferably in a plant or industrial environment
Familiarity with statutory compliance, recruitment, and training processes
Key Competencies & Skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented with documentation discipline
Basic understanding of Indian labour laws and HR practices
Proficient in MS Office and HRMS/ERP systems
High empathy, discretion, and problem-solving approach
Ability to work cross-functionally with plant and corporate teams
