Post - HR Admin Executive
Requirements:
oCarry out the recruitment process, post a job description, shortlist candidates, carry out interviews in astructured approach as set forth in the company policies
oWork on the HR policy for organizations like a handbook, other associated policy documents
oTrack & monitor the work of employees/interns at the organization under the guidance of higherauthority
oSet objectives, carry out HR activities on day-to-day basis, and track work progress
oCarry out presentations & brief the team about the work ethics, policies, etc.
oMonitor & manage key performance metrics set by company to monitor performance on interns andemployees
oWork on time management
oMonitor internal HR systems and database
oAddress employees, interns queries upon discussion with management team
oInteract with externals on work assignments
oManage alternative assignments based on the requirement of the company
oCarry out background verification of potential employees along with team
Desired Candidate Profile
oGood knowledge of labour laws, HR policies, IT skills
oAbility to understand, develop clear and fair company policies
oExcellent communication & team management skills
oExcellent analytical and decision-making ability
