We're looking for a confident, organised HR Executive who can manage hiring, people processes, and essential office coordination. This role supports a young creative team, ensures smooth day-to-day functioning, and helps build a positive, structured work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR & People Operations
Manage attendance, leave updates, and monthly salary inputs
Handle recruitment: job postings, screening, interview scheduling
Build and maintain MoUs with colleges/institutes for regular intern hiring
Oversee onboarding, documentation, and employee records
Support team engagement: simple events, small celebrations, internal communication
Office Coordination & Administration
Ensure daily office functioning runs smoothly (cleanliness, supplies, basic upkeep)
Manage office inventory: stationery, consumables & utilities
Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Initiate team activities, workshops, and office events when required
Ensure tasks and requests from management are executed on time
General Expectations
Professional communication and calm approach
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with a young, creative team and maintain a positive environment
Comfortable handling a mix of HR, admin, and coordination responsibilities
Takes ownership of tasks and ensures timely follow-through
Experience
1-4 years in HR or HR+Admin roles
Experience in a small office or startup environment is a plus
