Position Title: HR & Admin Executive

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing HR functions at the showroom level,
ensuring proper communication channels, employee engagement, and compliance with
company policies. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and a
proactive approach to handle HR-related issues. The HR Executive will work closely with all
departments to support a harmonious and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and
programs.
Facilitate effective communication between employees and management.
Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening candidates, and
coordinating interviews.
Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Prepare and maintain employee records and documentation.
Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions for showroom staff by creating
SOPs and related Data.
Support continuous learning and development initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.
Performance Management:
Assist in the implementation of performance appraisal processes.
Provide support to managers in performance management and employee development.
Track and document employee performance issues and support corrective actions.
Compliance and Policies:
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain HR databases and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Prepare HR reports and present them to management.
Coordinate with the payroll department to ensure accurate and timely processing of
employee salaries and benefits.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Foster a collaborative and engaging work environment.
Collect and analyze employee feedback to improve workplace conditions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education & Experience:
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 0-3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a retail or
customer service environment.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
