We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic
HR Intern/Executive
to join our Human Resources team. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions, develop your skills, and understand the dynamics of talent management in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding activities for new hires, such as document verification, induction planning, and coordination.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Assist with drafting HR policies, memos, and other communications.
Support payroll and attendance tracking processes.
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Address employee queries and provide support for HR-related matters.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Basic understanding of HR functions and labor laws is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
