We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented

HR Executive

to manage end-to-end HR operations in our IT organization. The ideal candidate should have strong HRMS knowledge and a solid understanding of payroll and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

HRMS handling (mandatory) Payroll processing Leave & attendance management PF, ESIC, PT & Gratuity compliance End-to-end employee lifecycle: Onboarding to Exit HR operations & administration Employee query resolution Documentation, record keeping & HR audits

Requirements:

Hands-on HRMS experience (must) Strong knowledge of payroll & statutory compliance Excellent communication & coordination skills Smart, proactive and responsible

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in HR / Business Administration (preferred) 3 to 8 years of relevant HR experience
