Roles & Responsibilities



Handle HR operations including onboarding, employee records, and documentation. Manage attendance, leave tracking, and payroll Assist in policy implementation, and HR compliance. Coordinate employee engagement activities, training sessions, and HR events. Address employee grievances, resolve conflicts and support the performance management process. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Manage job postings on job portals Maintain and update recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and offer letters. Ensure HR policies and practices align with stringent workplace safety regulations common in manufacturing environments. Leverage data and HR metrics to analyze workforce trends, identify potential issues, and make informed recommendations to improve HR strategies.

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Implementation Understanding and of HR policies, labour laws, and HR documentation. HR Operations & Administration Employee Relations & Engagement Attendance & Payroll Coordination Recruitment & Candidate Management
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
