Key Responsibilities:



Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews & on-boarding Maintain employee records and HR documentation Manage attendance, leave, payroll coordination & employee queries Assist in drafting HR policies and implementing HR processes Conduct employee engagement activities

Required Skills:



Good communication & interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS Office & HR tools Strong coordination and multitasking ability Basic understanding of HR operations
