Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and employee lifecycle activities.
Update and maintain employee data in
ERP/HRMS
with accuracy.
Ensure compliance with HR protocols, SOPs, and documentation standards.
Coordinate with site HR/admin for manpower and reporting.
Prepare monthly attendance, manpower, and salary input reports.
Draft HR letters and maintain proper filing.
Assist in payroll processing and basic compliance tasks (PF/ESIC).
Skills Required
Hands-on experience with
ERP/HRMS
.
Strong MS Excel and documentation skills.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of HR procedures and statutory basics.
