Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative tasks while gaining hands-on experience in HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in recruitment processes including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately. Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance with labor laws.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 6 months to 1 year of HR experience or internship exposure. Basic knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and payroll practices. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organizational skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with HR software is a plus.
