Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media.
Be active on social media for meeting hiring needs
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and conducting documentation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records in the system
Ensure all employee documentation is accurate and up to date.
Maintain documentation of every employee with proper data maintenance like personal details birthday work anniversary
Assist with the preparation of HR-related documents, such as onboarding documentation employment contracts, performance reviews data maintenance, pre-employment preparation.
Check for new joiners' system and credentials ready.
Event management and preparation.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding assets.
Assist in organizing training sessions and workshops.
