The HR Executive is responsible for handling end-to-end HR functions, ensuring smooth operations across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and exit procedures. This role requires strong communication, people management, and coordination skills.

Required Skills



Strong communication & interpersonal skills Basic knowledge of HR laws (PF, ESIC, Labour Laws) Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets Time management and problem-solving ability Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality

Preferred Skills



Experience with HRMS tools Knowledge of recruitment tools (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed)
