Manage end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviews)
Handle onboarding, documentation & HR record maintenance
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management
Support employee engagement and resolve basic HR queries
Maintain compliance with HR policies & company standards
Coordinate with departments for smooth HR operations
Requirements
Strong communication & interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes
