Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews).
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR record maintenance.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management.
Support employee engagement activities and resolve basic HR queries.
Maintain compliance with HR policies and company standards.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth HR operations.
Requirements:
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and basic HR processes.
