We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to manage day-to-day HR operations, support recruitment activities, handle payroll, and coordinate administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews
Maintain candidate databases and job postings
Conduct employee onboarding and maintain joining formalities
2. Payroll Management
Assist in monthly payroll processing
Maintain attendance records, leave management, and salary inputs
Ensure accuracy and timely payroll execution
3. HR Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle daily administrative tasks and office coordination
Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance
4. Employee Engagement & Support
Address employee queries and concerns
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
Ensure a healthy and positive workplace culture
Required Skills
Proficiency in
admin work, payroll handling, and recruitment processes
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools
Ability to multitask and work with deadlines
Preferred Candidate Profile
Graduate with 1-3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
