Key Responsibilities
Maintain and update company data, employee records, and documents in a

manner.
Handle
back-office operations
, including filing, documentation, and internal coordination.
Support the management with day-to-day tasks related to office work, stall management (during exhibitions), and administrative duties.
Conduct
client follow-ups
and maintain a professional communication tone at all times.
Assist in recruitment activities such as shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating HR processes.
Provide full support to the team for smooth office functioning and event-related operations.
Requirements
Graduate in any field (HR background preferred).
Excellent
spoken & written English

Strong attention to detail with neat and clean work ethics.
