Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Handle full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding candidates. Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new joiners. Assist in employee engagement and culture management activities. Coordinate and support training and development programs. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle day-to-day HR operations and support HR policies and procedures. Assist in performance management and employee grievance handling. Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or relevant field. 1-3 years of experience in HR Executive or similar role. Strong knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR processes. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Skills:



Experience in employee engagement and training programs. Knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
