Job Description

We are looking for an organized and proactive

HR Executive

to manage end-to-end recruitment, payroll processing, team coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple HR functions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage

end-to-end recruitment

: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding. Handle

monthly payroll processing

, attendance tracking, and maintaining employee records. Support

team management

by coordinating tasks, monitoring performance updates, and ensuring smooth internal communication. Maintain strong

client coordination

, addressing HR-related requirements and providing timely updates. Manage HR documentation, offer letters, agreements, and compliance reports. Assist in employee engagement activities and grievance handling. Coordinate with management for HR policies and process improvements.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment. Good understanding of

recruitment cycles, payroll systems, and HR documentation

. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.
