Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment (80%)

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle -- from understanding manpower requirements to onboarding. Source candidates through multiple channels: job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and campus recruitment. Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers for technical/functional rounds. Prepare and issue offer letters and coordinate pre-joining formalities. Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and dashboards to track hiring progress and metrics. Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles. Coordinate with external recruitment vendors and manage vendor performance. Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations (20%)

Support the employee life cycle from onboarding to exit. Drive employee engagement initiatives -- plan, coordinate, and execute engagement activities and events. Assist in drafting, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures. Manage vendor coordination for recruitment, background verification, and other HR related services. Handle confirmation process for probationary employees and coordinate with managers for evaluations. Conduct and track Background Verification (BGV) for new hires through designated vendors. Manage exit formalities including clearance process, exit interviews, and final documentation. Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation as per compliance requirements. Provide operational support in HR audits, reports, and compliance documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. 2+ Years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition. Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes and sourcing strategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and statutory compliance. Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools. High attention to detail, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under deadlines and handle confidential information with integrity.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,994.66 per month
