Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
Handle onboarding processes, documentation, induction, and new-joiner coordination.
Manage attendance, leave tracking, HRMS updates, and monthly reports.
Prepare and share payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, new joiners/exits).
Assist employees with HR-related queries and documentation (letters, forms, etc.).
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist with exit formalities and maintain proper compliance documents.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and payroll basics.
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
