Responsible for daily HR operations including recruitment, attendance & leave management, statutory compliance support, and employee relations for the manufacturing unit.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and on-boarding.
Monitor daily attendance, leave records, shift schedules, and OT data.
Support monthly payroll by maintaining accurate MIS and biometric records.
Assist in statutory compliance: PF, ESIC, Bonus, Challan preparation, Factories Act documentation.
Coordinate with contractors for labour attendance and wage sheet verification.
Handle employee queries, grievances, ID cards, uniforms, and discipline on shop floor.
Maintain HR documents, personnel files, and support audits.
Conduct induction and support employee engagement activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / MBA / MSW in HR.
1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist.
Strong in Excel, attendance management & basic labour laws.
Good communication and coordination skills.
