HR Executive will be responsible for various aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations, and talent development.
Coordination between candidates and management.
Sourcing and validation through Job Portals, social media, referrals, and networks.
Preparing Job descriptions for Job vacancies.
Manage Employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- having degree of MBA HR or equivalent
- Proven experience in HR field (minimum 1 year)
- Communication and convincing skills
