Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviews, and offer letters.
Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
Support conflict resolution and promote a healthy work environment.
HR Operations
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Performance Management
Assist in implementing appraisal systems and tracking performance reviews.
Support managers in setting KPIs and development plans.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
Monitor training effectiveness and maintain records.
Payroll & Benefits
Collaborate with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate salary processing.
Manage employee benefits and leave administration.
