Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
Handle all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding, including new hire orientation and exit interviews
Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
Completing paperwork for new hires.
Handle employee relations issues, such as resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work culture
Managing internship programs.
Develop, implement, and update HR policies.
Processing company payroll
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree in human resources.
Experience with recruitment processes and databases.
Excellent communication skills.
