2-4 years in HR operations, preferably in the hospitality sector
Qualification:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of staff.
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.).
Support training, performance appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are implemented as per company standards.
Coordinate with departments for manpower planning and grievance handling.
Skills & Requirements:

Good knowledge of MS Office and HR software.
