Resolving employee grievances and managing conflicts
Developing and implementing employee engagement and welfare initiatives

Performance and development:
Implementing performance appraisal systems and conducting reviews
Setting performance goals and creating performance improvement plans
Assessing training needs and coordinating learning and development initiatives
Compensation and benefits:
Designing compensation and benefits packages
Managing and processing payroll
Administering employee benefits and leave policies
Policy and compliance:
Developing, implementing, and updating HR policies
Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations
Handling administrative aspects, including security and housekeeping, which falls under the overall administration
HR administration and strategy:
Maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR-related documentation
Overseeing employee offboarding, including exit interviews and final settlements
Monitoring HR department budgets
Contributing to strategic planning and talent management to support organizational goals
