Write and post job descriptions on various job portals and social media platforms
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates
Conduct initial phone and in-person interviews
Coordinate interview scheduling with departments
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Assist in onboarding and orientation of new hires
