Responsible for end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups.
Manage onboarding formalities, induction, and documentation.
Maintain employee records, HRIS/Keka updates, and attendance tracking.
Support payroll inputs by preparing attendance, leave, and overtime reports.
Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist in performance review coordination and HR compliance activities.
Prepare HR letters: offer, appointment, experience, and relieving letters.
Support admin-related tasks when required.
Requirements
Female candidates only.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience as HR Executive or similar role.
Knowledge of recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations.
Familiarity with HR software (Keka preferred).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
