HR Executive / Sr HR Executive are req in Logistic Company at Ahmedabad - Sanand

Experience :-1 - 8yrs

Salary : 20k to 30k Inhand

Role & Responsibility: -

Recruitment and onboarding: Manage the entire hiring process for warehouse staff like pickers and packers, coordinate with agencies, and conduct onboarding and induction for new hires.
Involves handling end-to-end hiring for warehouse staff, maintaining employee records, addressing grievances, and coordinating with other departments for administrative tasks.
Responsible for various MIS reports & trackers (Payroll, Employee Master, F&F, Gratuity, New Joinee Data, PMS, Attrition, Absconding & other reports)
On time process & settlement of Offer Letters, Service Agreement, ID Cards, Experience Letters & other documents.
Employee Data: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Ensure data confidentiality and complian with data protection regulations.
Handling Employee Relations: Fostering a workplace culture that promotes employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being.
Working Time & days - Office Timing 9.30am - 6.30pm | Monday To Saturday
