The Senior HR Executive will be responsible for managing and overseeing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to implement HR best practices to support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
+ Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
+ Develop sourcing strategies and maintain talent pipelines.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
+ Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
+ Address employee grievances and ensure a positive work environment.
HR Operations & Compliance:
+ Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
+ Oversee payroll coordination and statutory requirements.
+ Onboarding, Induction, BGV Process.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
4+ years of experience in HR operations and talent management.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling HR for mid to large-sized organizations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
High level of organization and attention to detail.
