Job Description

The HR Executive will handle end-to-end human resource functions for the company, The role includes recruitment, attendance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, and employee relations

specific to a construction business

environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment and onboarding for management level staff, engineers, and site supervisors Maintain employee records and ensure documentation is updated (offer letters, ID proofs, contracts, KYC). Monitor attendance, leave records, and work hours for office and site employees. Coordinate with accounts for timely salary processing. Manage statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, and labour welfare returns. Handle contractor manpower insurance and labour license renewals. Support performance evaluations, and grievance redressal processes. Ensure adherence to HR policies and assist in policy updates. Plan employee engagement activities and communications. Liaise with government authorities for inspections and audits.
Desired Candidate Profile

Male

with Bachelor's degree. 5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably within

construction or infrastructure

sectors. Knowledge of labour laws, payroll software, and statutory compliance. Strong communication and documentation skills. Ability to coordinate with multiple project sites and departments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
