Manage the complete recruitment life cycle, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across departments.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Manage statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other labor laws.
Liaise with external consultants or government bodies as required.
Plan and execute engagement initiatives to enhance morale, productivity, and retention.
Organize team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback sessions.
Assist in setting KRAs and KPIs, ensuring a regular feedback culture.
Track and maintain performance records.
Draft, review, and implement HR policies, SOPs, and guidelines.
Maintain up-to-date HR records and manage HRMS systems effectively.
Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances.
Ensure disciplinary actions and grievance handling are carried out with fairness and integrity.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
1-2 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Good understanding of
labour laws, HR documentation
, and statutory processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HRMS tools.
