We are looking for an HR Recruiter who has strong experience in hiring technical roles for IT industry. Candidate must be well-versed in understanding IT job descriptions & sourcing relevant profiles through different recruitment channels.
Key Responsibilities:
End to end recruitment for IT roles (Developers, QA, UI/UX, BDE etc.)
Understand technical JD & discuss with Hiring Managers
Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, References, Hiring groups etc.
Screening, evaluating and scheduling interview rounds
Maintaining candidate pipeline & follow ups till joining
Coordinating technical interviews with internal team
Maintain daily recruitment MIS report
Offer negotiation & closure
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 Years of IT Recruitment experience is MUST
Excellent English communication - written & verbal
Strong understanding of IT profiles / technical skills
Good convincing skills & professional behaviour
Must be able to handle multiple positions together
Familiar with LinkedIn Hiring tools, Naukri etc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
