?Core Responsibilities
?Safety & Training: Administer and document mandatory safety protocols and OSHA compliance training.
?Recruitment: Assist with sourcing and hiring Field Technicians. Manage pre-employment screening (background, drug testing, driving records).
?Records: Maintain accurate, confidential employee personnel files in the HRIS.
?Payroll Support: Verify and process weekly/bi-weekly timesheets and track PTO/leave balances.
?Employee Support: Act as the first contact for basic HR and benefits questions.
?Must-Have Qualifications
?1-3 years of experience in HR Administration.
?Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and HRIS/Payroll systems.
?Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
?Ability to handle confidential information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
