Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with company goals.
Oversee employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution with professionalism and empathy.
Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and support managers in feedback and development planning.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and leave management systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
Support organizational development initiatives including training, engagement, and culture-building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal audit standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, compliance, and employee engagement.
Strong understanding of labor laws, HRMS platforms, and payroll processes.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR analytics tools is a plus.
