Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other platforms. Screen resumes, conduct initial telephonic or virtual HR interviews, and schedule technical rounds. Coordinate with department heads for requirement gathering and interview feedback. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle - from job posting to offer rollout and onboarding. Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics. Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. Assist in employer branding initiatives and social media hiring campaigns. Maintain and update employee records and HRMS systems. Support in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other HR documentation. Assist in employee onboarding and orientation processes. Handle attendance, leave management, and employee queries. Support performance management, policy implementation, and compliance-related documentation.
