HR Executive - Oil & Gas Pipeline Construction Projects (Head Office Based)
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and verify all HR-related data from project sites while working from Head Office.
Prepare and submit monthly HR compliance as per client HR checklists.
Collect Attendance, Leave Records, Contractor/Subcontractor details, Insurance, Labour License, etc., from site teams and prepare compliance reports at HO.
Ensure labour law compliances and HR documentation (PF, ESIC, PT, Net Salary Payments, Salary Documents, etc.) are maintained and kept ready for submission to Clients or Statutory Authorities.
Coordinate with the HSE team to collect Safety Induction and Training records from sites and update them at HO.
Prepare and compile HR documents for Internal Audits, Client Audits, and Statutory Inspections.
Maintain and update HR systems at Head Office.
Guide and support site HR/Officers regarding employee welfare, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA (HR) / PG Diploma in HRM / Post Graduate.
Experience in HR/Compliance in Oil & Gas Pipeline Construction Projects preferred.
Strong knowledge of PF/ESIC/CLRA Act, BOCW Act, Central Minimum Wages Act, and other labour laws.
Skilled in Documentation, Report Preparation, and Client Coordination.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
Excellent communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Good knowledge of professional Email Communication.
Experience:
Fresher or 1-2 years (Candidates with Oil & Gas / Construction Industry HR Compliance experience will be preferred).
Salary Range:
?12,000 to ?20,000 (based on experience and skills).
