Job Description

- Source and attract candidates through various channels like job postings and social media. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

Conduct interviews to assess applicants' skills, experience, and knowledge.

Maintain communication with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Organize and facilitate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.

Maintain accurate candidate databases and HR records.

Experience of various recruitment portal like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, WorkIndia, Apna etc.

Keep updating regarding Notice

Joining Documentation and Files Maintain

Sourcing regarding various manpower consultancies.

E-Mail drafting

English communication

Uniforms and safety shoes

Festival Celebrations

Maintain proper data for Candidates.

Co-ordination with Account departments and other concern managers.

Maintain Annual Maintenance Contract file.

Training to Security person

Cleaning services
