This role is ideal for fresh graduates who wish to start a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in all HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment activities
, including job posting, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates.
Support
onboarding and induction programs
for new hires.
Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation.
Assist in organizing
employee engagement
and welfare activities.
Handle employee queries and provide general HR administrative support.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of HR concepts and employment laws (added advantage).
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a positive attitude.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelors or Master's degree in

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to
6 months of internship experience
